Spiced molten chocolate cake
This decadent sugar-free dessert is taken to another level with the addition of warm spices. Whole wheat flour can be used for a fibre boost.

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup ghee or clarified butter + more for greasing
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar substitute like allulose or erythritol
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- Flaky sea salt (to garnish)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Grease 4 ramekins and set aside.
- Stir together flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.
- In a large saucepan, melt ghee. Remove from heat.
- Stir in cocoa powder.
- In same saucepan, mix in sugar substitute, eggs, vanilla and all your spices.
- Mix in dry ingredients from step 1. Stir until all is incorporated.
- Pour into greased ramekins and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Try to resist the urge to dig into these right out of the oven. Give the cakes 2-3 minutes to cool. Enjoy!
